Initial fermentation in stainless steel, addition of reserve wine aged in barriques, and secondary fermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with manual disgorgement. Reserve wines aged in oak barrels. Fine and creamy perlage. Fresh, lively, and complex, with notes of fruit, citrus, honey, and light toasted notes. Golden yellow with greenish reflections.
