A Ciliegiolo that embodies the modernity of an ancient tradition, a wine that tells the story of the Maremma Toscana, where the Etruscans cultivated this grape variety. Grapes are hand-picked. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 26 degrees C with maceration on the skins for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation immediately follows alcoholic fermentation. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 8 months. Marasca cherry, sour cherry, black cherry…every nuance of the cherry is appreciated in the bouquet of this harmonious red wine.
