Still white wine, 13% ABV, produced by Tenuta Ulisse in Abruzzo, 100% Pecorino. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine born from the desire to innovate and enhance the native Abruzzo grape varieties. Cryo-selection of the grapes and rapid reduction of the temperature resulting in cryomaceration of the skins and extraction of aromatic compounds. Destemming, "direct pressing" in an inert environment. Slow fermentation at a controlled temperature of 11°C in thermoregulated and inert tanks. Aged in stainless steel tanks with subsequent bottle aging. The nose reveals notes of pineapple, white peach, and sage that lead to a fine and very elegant palate. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the palate, it is rich, rounded, and perfectly balanced.
