A Chardonnay Riserva from the Au vineyard, located in Niclara, a hamlet of Cortaccia on the Wine Road. The Tiefenbrunner family, now in its fifth generation, produces this wine with passion and dedication. After opening with mineral notes of flint and walnut, it gradually develops the full aromatic complexity of its bouquet, punctuated by exotic yellow fruits and floral essences. Our AU Chardonnay Riserva, with its crystalline reflections that stand out against the straw yellow color. On the palate, this wine is intense and velvety, perfectly balancing its light acidity and delicate tannic base.
