A Primitivo di Manduria born from the Antinori family's passion for Puglia. Tenuta Carrubo is located in the countryside surrounding the town of Fragagnano (TA), in the Manduria DOC area. The nose is rich and complex, with notes of red fruit, such as black cherry, dried plum, and brandied cherries, followed by delicate sensations of licorice, tobacco, and amaretto. On the palate, it is soft and ample, with elegant tannins well supported by a pleasant freshness; the fruity finish, typical of the variety, is characteristic of this wine.
