A wine made at the foot of Castel del Monte, from native grapes grown using sustainable methods. Fermentation with long maceration, maturation in stainless steel for 8 months and in large barrels for 12 months. The result is a wine with an intense ruby red color with garnet highlights. The bouquet is intense, full-bodied, and fragrant, with hints of small red fruits. On the palate, it is full-bodied, harmonious, and spicy.
