After six hours of maceration, the grapes are gently pressed, then fermented and aged in French oak barrels. The nose reveals notes of pineapple and apricots in syrup, dates, honey, plum cake, and candied citrus. A dazzling golden color. The palate is creamy and honeyed, with an invigorating savory finish that restores the right balance. A harmonious and long-lasting finish.
