A Nebbiolo that embodies the elegance of Piedmont, produced by a small winery that contributes professionalism and innovation to the culture of wine. Vinification in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28 degrees C for 6-7 days. Aged for 5-6 months in used French oak barrels. Fine, delicate, persistent, and distinctive aroma with hints of wild berries. Ruby red color tending towards garnet. Pleasantly bitterish, velvety flavor with good complexity, fresh and persistent finish.
