This wine is born from a biodynamic philosophy and a deep understanding of the terroir. The vineyards are located between 350 and 400 meters above sea level, on rich, rocky soils with a moderate amount of clay. Aged in stainless steel for 6 months, it reveals a beautiful blend of aromatic herbs on the nose, followed by notes of yellow rose, wisteria, freesia, lemon zest, Annurca apple, white mulberry, hints of white pepper, and mineral nuances. The color is straw yellow with golden-green highlights. The palate is well-balanced, with a savory acidity and a bold aromatic progression, and a persistent finish underscored by mineral highlights.
