A Cabernet Franc made in Castelnuovo Berardenga, Tuscany, from vineyards cultivated with passion. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in temperature-controlled steel tanks for approximately 20-25 days; malolactic fermentation in 100% new French oak barriques. Aged in French oak barriques for approximately 14-16 months. Hints of plum, cocoa powder, balsamic and spicy fragrances. Intense ruby red color. Great structure with fine, silky tannins.
