A Sauvignon that expresses the soul of Friuli, with an explosion of aromas and flavors that capture the essence of the region. Harvested in the first week of September. Cryomaceration followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The pleasantly aromatic nose evokes tomato leaves, sage, yellow pepper, and ripe peach. Bright straw yellow color. On the palate, it is structured, with good flavor and freshness, perfect for pairing with fish and vegetable dishes.
