Still white wine from the Marche region, 12.5% ABV, produced by Velenosi. 100% Passerina, a grape variety that best expresses the freshness and fragrance of the Marche region. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. The company, founded in 1984, is located in Ascoli Piceno, a few kilometers from the Adriatic Sea. The subsequent aging, which continues until February of the year following the harvest, takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, designed to ensure a constant temperature of approximately 10°C, necessary to preserve the aromatic richness developed during fermentation. The nose reveals delicate floral scents and evident citrus sensations of grapefruit and lemon, expressing freshness and fragrance. The ample fruity notes of white fruit, peach, and citron, complete an undoubtedly fascinating aromatic profile. Bright yellow with greenish reflections. Freshness and a delicate sapidity characterize the taste of this wine, which, thanks to its low alcohol content, is pleasant, intriguing and never tiring.
