Still white VdT, 15% ABV, produced by Vigneti Massa, 2022 vintage. 100% Timorasso. A wine that embodies the history of a territory and a family that has passionately cultivated the Tortona hills since 1879. Made exclusively in stainless steel to preserve the purity of the grape variety. The hill is said to have been named after Tortona native Carlo Mirabello, Admiral, Minister of the Navy along with Giolitti and Sonnino, and a pioneer of radio communications who was a friend of Guglielmo Marconi. A dazzling straw-gold color. Notes of candied citrus, cocoa butter, plum, toasted bread, and magnesite emerge. A soft and structured opening, seasoned with a bold savory flavor and a broad, inviting echo of candied citrus and minerality.
