Harvested by hand in early October, using crates. Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 28-30°C for 10-12 days. Cap pressing with an automatic piston system. Aged 3-4 months in bottle. Fruity with hints of cherries and plums. Bright ruby red color. Fresh and harmonious, with soft tannins and a fruity finish.
