A wine born from the union of the vineyards belonging to two families, Puleo Portelli and Angileri, whose roots are in the history of a land that has seen its children grow up among the vines. Burgundy-style maceration, 50% whole bunch, 50% destemmed in vats with an upturned cap. Pressing once a day for 15 days. A minimum of 9 months of aging on the fine lees, minimum 2 years in bottle.
