Still red wine from Piedmont, Italy, 14.5% ABV, 100% Nebbiolo. Produced by Vite Colte, a winery opened in 2000 at the foot of the most prestigious Barolo crus. 0.75 L bottle, 2015 vintage. A Barolo born from the collaboration of winemakers who believe in shared quality. Malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel. Aged in small oak barrels for 24 months. The wine rests for an additional 12 months in bottle before being released. Intense and complex, with notes of violet, vanilla, tobacco, and tar. Red color tending toward garnet. Dry and warm, with great body and structure. The long, lingering finish showcases ripe black and red fruits and a pronounced balsamic note.
