Vinification involves fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, post-fermentation maceration, racking after 22-25 days, and malolactic fermentation completed while maintaining a constant temperature throughout. Aged for 24 months in oak barrels, followed by 6 months in bottle. On the nose, the bouquet reveals typical notes of small red fruits, plums, and cherries, which blend into a delicate, velvety, and balanced palate with pleasant acidity.
