Still red Barbaresco Rabaja, produced by Bruno Rocca - Rabaja, a historic Piedmontese winery. Vintage 2022. A Barbaresco born from the passion of a family with ties to the Barbaresco region since the late 1950s. Vinification in stainless steel for approximately 18-20 days, followed by aging for 12 months in barriques and 12 months in large French oak barrels. The bouquet envelops the nose with floral scents (wild rose and violet) and buttery notes that then give way to fruit (raspberry, cherry, black cherry). Garnet red in color, intense and deep. Warm and enveloping flavor with soft, rich tannins, elegant and sumptuous, especially in the aroma, which recalls notes already present on the nose.
