The soil, exposure and microclimate have always made our Santo Stefano winery one of the best known cru in the area, so much so that it can be admired, already fully planted, in a cabreo of the Counts of Castelborgo dating back to 1700. The renewal of the vineyards began in 1967 with our father Giacomo and we continue it in close collaboration with the University of Turin.
