A classic method brut sparkling wine from the heart of the Aosta Valley, produced by Cave Mont Blanc de Morgex et de la Salle. 100% Prié Blanc. 0.75 l bottle. A Blanc de Blancs from the foothills of Mont Blanc, where the native Prié Blanc grape expresses all its elegance and minerality. The base wine undergoes initial fermentation in large oak barrels (larch and oak) and stainless steel. Traditional secondary fermentation in the bottle. Disgorgement no earlier than 15 months. Fine and persistent perlage. Fine, intense, floral and fruity on the nose. Lively straw yellow with greenish reflections. Good persistence with excellent balance of flavors.
