A wine born from the passion of the Charrère family, who have cultivated the vine with love and respect for tradition for six generations. The hand-harvested grapes are pressed whole to preserve their precious aromatics. On the nose, floral (lime blossom, hawthorn, and mountain herbs) and fruity (notes of apple and pear). Bright straw yellow color. On the palate, savory, soft, fresh, and balanced, with a long, minerally finish.
