Still biodynamic white wine from Alsace, 13% ABV, produced by Domaine Zind-Humbrecht. 100% Riesling, 2023 vintage. A Grand Cru that embodies the elegance and complexity of Alsatian Riesling, a wine that tells the story of a family that has cultivated vines since 1620. The steep slope, rich in biotite and granite, gives the wine a unique minerality. Straw yellow in color. On the palate, it is dry, with intense freshness that becomes powerful, combined with warmth, which gives it body while maintaining a certain austerity, broken only by the floral note that also emerges in the aftertaste.
