Aged on the fine lees for 6 months plus another 6 months in vats before bottling. Intense aromas of apricot, yellow and white fruit, fine spices, curry, saffron, ginger, and incense. Deep, brilliant gold color. Broad and harmonious flavor, with a lively, spicy finish. Perfect with fish, shellfish, and cheeses.
