A Crémant d'Alsace slowly matured for over 24 months, giving it a rare complexity. Fine and regular perlage. Delicate aromas of dried fruit, almonds, and hazelnuts, a buttery note, followed by citrusy grapefruit, brioche, and white flowers. Bright pale gold color with a silver rim. Elegant and well-bodied, giving it a certain depth, dominated by notes of toasted brioche, with remarkable balance and a persistent citrus finish. Ideal with fish dishes and cheeses.
