The winemaking village of Soultzmatt is 20 km south of Colmar, in the heart of the "noble valley." Traces of viticulture in Soulzmatt have been found as far back as the 12th century. The complex bouquet features notes of honey, dried fruit, and caramelized apricot. A beautiful, deep yellow color. On the palate, it is sweet, concentrated, and infinitely long, a unique sensory experience.
