A full and clear nose: verbena, lemon balm, lemon balm, golden delicious apple, plum, face powder, mountain flowers, and mineral salts. Bright straw yellow. The palate is balanced and warm with an alcoholic warmth, with the inevitable citrus-mineral punctuation.
